Your well-being

The need for physical activity

Regular exercise is a good idea, especially for people with sedentary jobs.

In fact, according to experts, when your job requires you to sit for extended periods of time, you need to exercise more and regularly to make up for it.

To avoid prolonged inactivity, experts recommend moving at work, standing up and walking while talking on the phone, using the stairs, etc.
