Operating hours

The Centre is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except when responding to specific needs , where the schedule may be altered.

Thermal comfort

Édifice Jacques-Parizeau uses the latest heating, air-conditioning and ventilation technology. Our air quality standards provide you with unparalleled comfort.

The HVAC system operates Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except for holidays). However, if a member of your department or your subsidiary has specific needs, this period of use can be extended, based on current hourly rates.

In such a case, you must first obtain formal authorization from your superior, after which you can contact the Tenant Services Centre at (514) 847-2525 by noon on business days.

Wi-Fi access

Édifice Jacques-Parizeau provides Wi-Fi access in conference rooms, common areas and the Parquet.

FedEx services

After regular business hours, you can drop off envelopes or packages in the FedEx box located in the Montreal Herald building on the ground floor near the door as you head towards the West loading dock.

Delivery

Deliveries must be done through the delivery docks that can be accessed via Rue Saint-Alexandre. A dock attendant is on site. Operating hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For deliveries outside of these hours, please contact the Tenant Services Centre at least 24 hours in advance.

An intercom can be used between 5 p.m. and 6 a.m. (located outside near the delivery dock door).

To avoid any confusion regarding shipping or receiving packages at the delivery dock, please make sure that all the required information has been entered:

  • Name of company, business unit, subsidiary and person the package is being sent to
  • Floor
  • Suite number
  • Recipient’s telephone number

Freight elevator

A freight elevator is available in each block for Édifice Jacques-Parizeau tenants between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (by reservation only). Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance through the Tenant Services Centre by calling (514) 847-2525 for any exclusive extended use. Freight elevators can be used in the daytime for specific needs.

Espace vélos

Bike parking

For Édifice Jacques-Parizeau, Méco or Montreal Herald tenants who use a bike to come to work, there is a bike parking station on the ground floor of Édifice Jacques-Parizeau. This area is accessible from the Viger entrance.

Access to the bike parking area is secured by a card reader. For access requests, locker rentals or additional information, please contact our team at Centre de santé Montréal: (514) 673-1277 or csmh@isosante.com

Available in the bike parking area:

  • 121 bike stands
    ($120/year to reserve a bike stand)
  • 100 lockers
    ($230/year to reserve a locker + $25 deposit for the chip)
  • Daily self-service lockers
  • Lockers/Showers/Towel service
  • Bicycle washing and maintenance station
  • Air pump

Electric bicycles

Two electric bicycles (e-bikes) are available from April to October during business hours. You can borrow them free of charge from an agent at the Square-Victoria reception desk.

IMPORTANT: A bike helmet must be worn while driving an e-bike.

Showers

Showers are available to tenants at the SSO level of Block A. Since access is secure, you need to submit your request at least 24 hours in advance to the Tenant Services Centre at 514 847-2525 to obtain access on your card.

The showers can be accessed using the Block A freight elevator located at the end of the hallway leading to the control station. Follow the signs on the SS0 level.
